National Collection Site Coordination
- We offer a network of more than 7,000 collection facilities nationwide, so finding
a collection site is just a phone call away.
- We set up and facilitate all testing arrangements with
collection sites, working to make them convenient for
you and your donors.
- Your organization will be equipped with all the needed
collection supplies, including chain of custody forms,
lab packs, airbills,
specimen bottles, collection instructions,
and/or authorization forms. Customized kit packaging is available
to meet your individual needs.

- NQCR registration is in no way to be interpreted as, or
understood to imply, a guarantee of any error-free drug test
collection and/or alcohol test by anyone registered on NQCR.
Registration simply indicates that the individual has at
that time the necessary prerequisite credentials to perform
such services.
